What is the North Huyton Learning Collaborative?

In 2005 the North Huyton Learning Collaborative secured funding from North Huyton New Deal for Communities to narrow the gap in educational achievement for local children and young people.

The Collaborative is a partnership of local schools, the community, key agencies and external partners who work together to achieve the best for all children, young people and their families.

To achieve our aims we don't just address what happends in our schools. Many other factors have an impact on educational achievement and so much of our work assists families and wider community.

Project proposals are identified and developed within each of the strands detailed below:-

*     Collaboration
*     Attainment & Achievement
*     21st Century Learning
